Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a service you have purchased from Experts on Scale, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the service.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, you will not be entitled to a refund.

We may make exceptions to our cancellation policy in exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion.

We may make exceptions to our no refund policy in exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
