Idea Gen FZCO accepts payments for our services through Visa and MasterCard. We accept payments in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and United States Dollars (USD).

For monthly subscription services, the first payment will be charged at the time of purchase, and subsequent payments will be automatically charged on a monthly basis on the same date as the first payment. The client will receive a confirmation notice via email for each payment charged.

Once payment is received, a confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours. The email will contain the details of the service purchased, the amount paid, and the transaction reference number.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the email address provided for billing purposes is accurate and up to date. Idea Gen FZCO will not be responsible for any incorrect or outdated email addresses provided by the client.

All invoices will be issued and sent to the client via email at the time of purchase. In the event that the client requires a physical invoice to be sent by mail, a request must be made at the time of purchase, and a fee may apply.
